Terms & Conditions

 

General Terms and Conditions

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST @ 12.5%. We will try to maintain prices as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. Under normal conditions goods are dispatched after receiving the order and payment in our bank account. This may take depending on your location up to 7 days. After that we will courier your ordered product to you within 24 hours on week days or within 24 hours after a weekend or any New Zealand public holiday. Products should arrive with you within 2-3 courier working days depending on your location. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available. Deliveries will not take longer than 28 days. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible.
All of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order can not be fulfilled we will contact you and you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.


Delivery outside New Zealand

Our website is specifically designed for sales within New Zealand. However, if you wish to order from outside New Zealand then please contact us for special terms. Orders for outside New Zealand do not include GST, however the quoted freight cost is based on delivery within New Zealand. Therefore after placing an order we will contact you by email for delivery details and extra freight cost. These extra costs need to be paid before any ordered product will be shipped. Your final payment will recalculate by us including the freight cost and excluding the GST amount. Any import duties will be sole the responsibility of the purchaser.

Satisfaction

We guarantee our products against any kind of manufacturing defect. However our responsibility is limited to those items recognised as faulty by ourselves. If your product should develop such a fault within one month of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or refund your money. Contact us as soon as you find a defect with your item and we will then issue you a returns number so that we can track it.


Refunds

If you are unhappy with an item purchased please contact us immediately, as YOU are our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the problem. Should all else fail we offer you a 7 day cooling off period from the date that you receive the goods. Should you decide to return the goods please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. Then return the item in an unused condition along with the original packing and a copy of the sales receipt. We will then give you a full refund within 30 days although you will be responsible the cost of return. Note: Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
